Digital ebook purchases

Because ebooks are digital products, completed downloads are generally final. If you paid but cannot access the ebook, contact us and we will help verify the order and restore access.

Paperback purchases

If a paperback order has a shipping problem, arrives damaged, or appears incorrect, email us with the order details so the issue can be reviewed.
